Creatine hydrochloride, Creatine anhydrous. Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Natural and Artificial Flavours, Citric Acid, DL-Malic Acid, Acesulfame-Potassium, Sucralose, Silicon Dioxide, Calcium Silicate, FD&C Blue No.1.

Take 1 serving (1 scoop) with 175mL to 250mL of water twice daily. On workout days, take 1 serving immediately after you work out.
