SUNSHINE IN A BOTTLE
I've been taking this particular brand for well over a year now, & they are the easiest supplement vitamin to take by far, as they are so tiny! The importance of extra vitamin's, to make up for 'damaged' foods lackng the nutrients they once held, is essential these days to stay healthy. Combined with vitamin C one can usually keep a strong immmune system to fight off seasonal flu & colds.
