These enzymes are naturally found in saliva and are secreted by the pancreas, gallbladder, liver, and intestines throughout the digestive process. Digestive enzyme levels can be affected by digestive conditions and food sensitivities. Although enzymes are found in certain foods, they are sensitive to heat and can be destroyed by cooking.

How to Take
Digestive enzymes.
DirectionsAdults (18 years and older) - Take 1 to 2 capsules, 3 times per day. Swallow whole/do not crush or chew. Take with or immediately before a meal/food. Consult a healthcare practitioner for prolonged use.
