We work hard to get you your products as quickly as possible! We have a 3 business day processing time which means your order will be shipped and delivered within 7 business days! Live in BC or Ontario? You can expect your order to be delivered within 5 business days.
Once your order has shipped you’ll receive an email with your Canada Post tracking number. You can also check on the status of your order by logging into your account and viewing the ‘My Orders’ section, found on the right hand side of the page.
Here at Vitasave, we use Canada Post Expedited Shipping to ensure you receive your order within 1–5 business days from when it leaves our warehouse. Our shipping department will ensure all orders are packaged securely, including bubble wrap for fragile items and cooler packs for refrigerated items so that your products arrive just as effective as the day they ship!
Here at Vitasave, we pride ourselves on our Lowest Price guarantee! We happily match the price of any Canadian retailer who has a lower standard retail price, before you buy or within 30 days of purchase. Just email us and our Customer Care team will be able to help you out.

We aim to provide you with the best products, the best service, and the best price. If you've found your items at a lower price than ours, we would be happy to match them, depending on the following conditions; We cannot price match clearance items, sale prices, coupon codes, percentage off, or other temporary sale prices. We are also unable to combine price matching with our promotional discounts. For Canadian orders, it needs to be matched with Canadian websites. Contact our customer service department to obtain your price match.
Yes, log in to your account and go to “Manage Subscriptions” to cancel your subscription or skip an upcoming delivery before your order is shipped. If your item has already left our warehouse, contact our Customer Service team so we can help you with the return process.
Yes, log in to your account and go to “Manage Subscriptions” to modify your existing subscriptions. Choose from every 30 days, 60 days, 90 days or 180 days.
If you are a VIP, you will get your VIP 10% off the first order on your subscription in addition to the 5% off you save by subscribing. That’s a total of 15% off your first order. On all subsequent orders, you will receive 5% off. VIP discounts do not apply to subsequent subscription orders.
We get it, sometimes you order something and it isn’t what you hoped it would be. At Vitasave that is OK! We have a great return policy. Contact us at email@example.com or toll-free at 1-888-958-5405 and we can arrange for a return and recommend a more appropriate product to help you achieve your health goals. We will accept returns for any reason within 60 days of purchase.
Yes! We have two store locations on in North Vancouver and one in downtown Vancouver. Our North Vancouver store is located at 115 West 16th Street and our downtown store is located at 551 Robson St.
