I ordered on a Monday and it got here in 4 days. Amazon doesn't even move that fast anymore! SO happy! I was worried, as we're leaving for vacay in a week and I wasn't sure if I'd have them in time... boy howdy did i! I take it before bedtime
I take it before bedtime with melatonin and a marijuana tincture . I find the three are best for me . I have had insomnia since I was a teen and at 66 I can say things are much better . Sleep is so very important. I hope this sheds some light
