Vitasave uses Canada Post and includes a tracking number with your order.
Orders delivered to Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, and Saskatchewan:
Canada Post Expedited Parcel shipping (1-5 business days) $9.95 flat rate.
*Orders over $99 qualify for free expedited shipping.
Orders delivered to Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon:
Canada Post Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost, and Priority shipping costs and time will be calculated at checkout based on cart contents and delivery address.
Orders delivered anywhere in the USA (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands):
Standard shipping (7-10 business days) $24.95 flat rate.
For all other orders outside of the USA and Canada, shipping costs and time will be calculated at checkout based on cart contents and delivery address.
*Please note that the recipient is responsible for any taxes, duties, and customs charges for orders outside of Canada.
Returns & Refunds
Order Changes & Cancellations
You may attempt to modify or cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our Customer Service team immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number and the information used to make the purchase. To avoid changes or cancellations, we encourage you to carefully review your cart before submitting your order.
We accept returns of unused and unopened items for any reason within 60 days of the purchase date for a full refund. If the product has been opened or used, a store credit will be issued if returned within 60 days of the purchase date. Returns past the 60-day period will not be accepted and are considered final sale.
To initiate a return, please email our Customer Service team at email@example.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. A Customer Service Representative will contact you to complete the return process.
Items such as perishables, cosmetics, intimate or sanitary goods, personal care items, gift cards and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return. Returns totalling more than $200 are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
*For returns outside of Canada, we do not provide return labels. The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer.
