Each serving (1 Softgel) of Omega-3 Triple Strength contains 1000mg of fish oil, including 300 mg of EPA and 200 mg of DHA. Other ingredients include gelatin, glycerin, and purified water.
As a dietary supplement, take one (1) softgel 3 times daily, preferably with a meal or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not exceed recommended dose.
