Vitasave.ca is the online retail store of Nutraways Enterprises LTD that allows customers to browse through products and make selections and purchases from Vitasave.ca. Consumers who wish to browse or purchase products from Vitasave.ca agree and are subject to the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Our best efforts have been taken to ensure the information on Vitasave.ca is correct, however, Vitasave cannot guarantee the accuracy, authenticity or comprehensiveness of the products displayed on the Site. All products are presented on an “as-is” basis.

To the maximum legal extent, Vitasave.ca (including employees, contractors, directors, shareholders, partners, affiliates and other third parties associated with Vitasave.ca) disclaims all liability and responsibility for damages and losses that may be suffered by you or a third party in regards to the Site, or products sold on Vitasave.ca. This includes, without limitation, damages or losses suffered due to negligence.

When you make purchases from our Site, you may checkout as a guest, but at the end of your purchase you will be prompted to create a personal account.

To interact with our Site (ie: review, rate or comment on a product or create a wish list) you must also create a personal account.

When you set up an account with Vitasave.ca, you’re required to provide Vitasave with correct personal information. Providing false details or another person’s details as your own is not acceptable. Providing false information is considered a violation to our Site’s Terms and Conditions.

When your personal information is collected by Vitasave.ca, it will not be disclosed to any third party unrelated to Vitasave.ca, unless required or authorized by law, or if you’ve personally given consent to such a disclosure. Otherwise, Vitasave commits to its Privacy Policy.

When collected for the purpose of payment for merchandise at Vitasave.ca, your credit card information is stored securely using a PCI DSS compliant solution. Your credit card will be charged upon entering information for your purchase (such as billing, shipping and credit card information), not when the item is shipped.

The credit card information stored in your account will not be visible to Vitasave Customer Service Representatives. Providing your credit card information to Vitasave.ca as payment for the product(s) states that you agree to your purchase of the selected product(s).

You may not pay, or attempt to pay for the products on our Site with a fraudulent credit card or false information.

In some cases, we may not be able to verify international or foreign credit cards, and Vitasave.ca reserves the right to decline, cancel or refund orders placed with international cards without notice.

You are required to provide a password upon creating a personal account with Vitasave.ca. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to maintain the security of your password.

Your password allows you authorized access and use of our Site, pertaining to these Terms & Conditions. This means that you are responsible for any products purchased with your personal account information. It is your responsibility to notify Vitasave immediately if you believe someone has access to your password and personal account.

You may post comments and reviews on our Site, and interact with our Site content, such as blog posts. All content posted by you must not be defamatory, threatening, obscene or illegal. It must not infringe on intellectual property rights or invade the privacy of our Site. The content must not be objectionable to third parties, and is not permitted to consist of, or contain software or malware viruses, or “spam” which refers to mass emailing and commercial solicitation. Vitasave.ca reserves the right to remove such content at any time, without notice.

The content posted by you (unless otherwise indicated) becomes nonexclusive, royalty-free property of Vitasave.ca. Vitasave reserves the right to reproduce, use, modify, adapt, publish, display and distribute such content on its Site, social media channels and any alternative marketing materials that Vitasave.ca may create.

The prices displayed on Vitasave.ca are listed in Canadian dollars. The GST, PST or HST that applies to your province will be shown and applied at checkout, and do not include the cost of delivery.

Delivery charges will be added on top of the cost of merchandise and applicable taxes. Government sales tax and provincial sales tax are subject to change without notification to users of the Vitasave.ca website.

All prices are subject to change. The prices displayed on our Site are only valid online at the time they are displayed.

Vitasave.ca is committed to providing health and wellness merchandise at the best possible value. For this reason, we’ll happily match the regular prices of our online retailer competitors in Canada. In order for a product to qualify for price matching, the product found on Vitasave.ca must be the exact same product in size, style, color, flavour and SKU as the lower priced product found on a competitor’s site.

To request a price adjustment, we ask that you contact our Customer Care team so we may confirm the lower price. Price Matching only applies to standard retail pricing and may not be combined with promotion/discount codes or other special offers.

All Canadian orders over $79.00 before tax are eligible for free shipping.

Vitasave may correct errors which appear on the Site, or refuse any orders that have been received in association with such errors. In addition, Vitasave.ca reserves the right to reject or cancel orders placed at any time.

Vitasave.ca’s right to refuse or cancel orders at any time will be in effect whether or not the order has been charged to your credit card or confirmed. In the event that you credit card has been charged for your order, and your order is cancelled by Vitasave.ca, Vitasave will immediately issue a credit to your card in the full amount of the charge.

You authorize that all information you provide to Vitasave.ca at the time of placing an order for all merchandise for sale on our Site, and in relation to an order made using our Site, is genuine and correct.

Receiving a receipt of your order with confirmation from Vitasave does not indicate the acceptance of your order, and it does not confirm our offer to sell. Vitasave.ca reserves the right to decline or accept your order at any time, even after the receipt of your order. All orders placed must be pre-approved with an acceptable payment method of Vitasave.ca. Vitasave may require additional information or verification before any order is accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse any order without offering reason. If we cancel an order, we will make appropriate attempts to contact you using the details you’ve provided us. All received payments will be refunded using the method of payment received.

We will communicate with you about your order and the purchased product via phone or email. Account holders are asked to provide a valid email address to Vitasave for this reason.

On occasion, Vitasave may also send you marketing materials, such as Newsletters, promotions or other special offers on our Site. If you do not wish to receive any additional material from us, you may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by editing your account settings, or by clicking on the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of our emails.

At times, our best-selling brands can experience a higher than usual inventory turnover. Our best efforts are taken to reduce the occurrence of an item becoming unavailable, however, we cannot guarantee that an item will not become unavailable after it has been purchased by a customer at the time you have placed an order for the same item. In this event, Vitasave reserves the right to cancel and refund the order, unless an appropriate replacement can be provided and agreed to by the customer.

You may cancel your order, in whole or in part, at any time before it has been fulfilled by Vitasave.ca. In such cases, you will not be charged for the cancelled items and no cancellation fee will apply.

If your order has already been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may instead initiate a return once the order has been delivered. Returns for fulfilled orders are subject to applicable restocking fees and shipping charge deductions.

If your order has been substantially fulfilled at our warehouse but has not yet been collected by the courier, restocking fees will apply; however, shipping charges will not be deducted.

Right to Cancel

Vitasave.ca reserves the right to cancel any order if fraudulent or unauthorized credit card information is provided, if the selected method of payment is declined, if false or misleading personal information is submitted, or if the product ordered is no longer available. In the event that your order is cancelled, Vitasave.ca will notify you promptly.

If you violate the terms and conditions of Vitasave.ca, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend the use of your account at anytime without notice. In the event that your account is terminated or suspended, you will be unable to access Vitasave.ca.

If you are terminated or suspended while awaiting the delivery of your order, Vitasave reserves the right to cancel your order. Upon cancellation, a refund may be issued to the credit card or payment method used during the purchase of the order.

Our couriers typically deliver within 3 – 15 working days. The courier may require a signature upon delivery.

If you are not present at the shipping address provided at the time of delivery, the courier may, at their discretion, leave the package at the front door or deliver it to the nearest courier depot for pickup. The courier will provide notice of the delivery attempt—typically via a slip left at your door or in your mailbox—and the status of your shipment will also be available through the tracking number provided at the time of shipping.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment using the tracking number provided, even if a courier slip is not received or visible.

If the courier is unable to reach you and the order cannot be successfully delivered, the shipment may be returned to Vitasave. In such cases, our Customer Service Team may attempt to contact you to arrange an alternative delivery. If the order is returned to Vitasave, it will be handled in accordance with our Return Policy, and applicable restocking fees and shipping charges may be deducted from any refund issued.

All returns and refunds are subject to the terms outlined in our Refund & Return Policy. Please review the policy prior to making any purchases.

For exchanges, replacement items of equal value will be shipped once the original item being returned is received by Vitasave. If an exchange item is sent to you before the returned item is received, and the original item is not returned within 30 days from the date the exchange order was placed, you will be charged for the cost of both items.

If you receive merchandise that is defective, it is eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. Upon receipt of a defective product, you may initiate a return to Vitasave.ca for a full refund, provided the item is confirmed to be damaged or inadequate upon arrival. All refunds are processed in accordance with our official Return Policy.

Requests for refunds or exchanges after 30 days will not be considered unless the product is determined to be faulty by our Customer Care Team. Please note that initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a product is damaged or lost in transit, this is beyond Vitasave’s control and we must work with the courier to obtain reimbursement, which may result in delays to your credit or refund. Your cooperation may be required, including providing details of the damage and clear supporting photographs, to assist with the courier claim process.

Vitasave.ca may have links to third party websites on the Internet. This means that those websites are not run by Vitasave.ca. You agree that we are not responsible for the operation of, or content displayed on or through any third party website.

Vitasave.ca occasionally uses discount codes for special promotions and offers. All discount codes are in Canadian Dollars and may require a minimum order purchase, prior to GST, PST or HST. Discounts and promotional material are subject to validity dates as stated. If no validity date is stated, the coupon valid as long as the promotion is posted on Vitasave.ca.

Under no circumstance is a coupon or discount code eligible for cash redemption. The discount codes provided by Vitasave are only available for a one-time use per customer, or per household, and may only be limited to specific brands or products.

You can redeem your discount code or coupon by entering the code provided during the checkout process on Vitasave.ca, and clicking “apply”. Codes cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or discount.

Once you’ve submitted your email address on the promotional pages on Vitasave.ca, you agree to opt-in to our company newsletter with additional promotions, updates or relevant information. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.

Upon the registration of your personal details on our Site to create an account or place an order, a secure server is used to protect the security of the information provided. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encrypts the information you send through Vitasave.ca. Vitasave cannot warrant the efficiency or strength of the SSL encryption and accepts no responsibility for any event that may occur from unauthorized access of the information you provide.

While we make every effort to minimize these discrepancies, such variations do not qualify for a refund if the product you receive is substantially the same as the description or image provided on our website.
