Like that the Taurine is Canadian sourced and 3rd party tested. The package lists all the details, from ingredients recommended dose & more. Three members of our family are taking it after research said taurine may slow down the onset of dementia. Would have given a 5 * only too recent to give complete praise to the benefits.

Compared to a different manufacturer, this Taurine powder is very fine. The powder does not readily dissolve, but that appears to be the nature of Taurine. We take ½ tsp, in liquid, ½ hour before bed. What we find most useful is the calming of the central nervous system proving the greatest sleep ever.
