Boswellic acids are the key triterpene phytonutrients which are responsible for Boswellia 's ability to help relieve pain and swelling associated with osteoarthritis of the knee.
Take 1 capsule three times daily with food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Use for a minimum of 2 months to see beneficial effects.
