Adults take 1 tsp. daily. Adolescents 9-18 years take 1 tsp. daily. Children 4-9 years take 1/2 tsp. daily.
The lemon flavour is not quite strong enough to take away the fishy flavour. I did not read carefully enough and found out when I received the order that Vit D was added. For me, this is unnecessary, as I already take a vit D3 supplement.
