3 Bottles are needed to take 12 capsules per day for approximately 3 1/2 weeks. Take 4 capsules, 3 times daily with meals. Take 2 hours before or after taking medications. When adequate comfort is attained, try lowering dosage to 3-6 capsules daily for maintenance.

After 12 days of taking 4 caps with every meal, I have not noticed any physiological improvements yet, the label says it can take up to six weeks before seeing benefits.
