Choose your favorite brewing method and use 2½ Tablespoons (37ml) freshly ground beans for every 8 ounces of water. For Bulletproof Coffee: Add 1 Tbsp grass-fed, unsalted butter. If new to Bulletproof Coffee, add 1 tsp Brain Octane oil, gradually increasing to 1 Tbsp. Blend 20-30 seconds until creamy and frothy.
