Excellent for energy

This is guaranteed to ramp up your energy levels. Have a scoop (3 grams) in the morning together with B vitamins and a cup of bulletproof coffee, and you're superman for the duration of the day! However you should allow a few minutes between this and the coffee, as heating up aminoacids compromises their structure.
