Ingredient: Whole Buckwheat Flour
Made on equipment that also handles wheat and eggs.
To Prepare: Add to boiling water for 8 minutes or until tender. Rinse with cold water. Don't overcook.
Delicious, hearty, serve hot or cold in brother, soup, stir-fry, and salad. Roll them in nori sheets to make soba sushi, a favourite dipped in shoyu. Soba is endlessly versatile, quick and easy to make.
