Fantastic on salads, and mixed into things like morning oatmeal. Tastes light and nutty. My skin always seems to feel much more soft when I have a tablespoon of this a day. Great way to get in balanced fats if you're on a plant based diet, and you don't want to eat fish or take fish oil.
