Reliable Product

Decided to try this product as a preventative measure against UTI’s. I have been using another probiotic prior to getting a UTI. This products seems to have more specific strains to protect ones urinary track. Also contains cranberries which is very beneficial for ones urinary track. Great product.

Works great for prostate

There are two Garden of Life products that work well for me together. After taking two of the prostate products I found there was way too much diuretic in them and caused a lot of unnecessary pain from the diuretic working against the prostate blockage. So I now take 1 or 2 of the prostate pills and 2 to 3 of the Urinary product (this one) because it still has plenty of the active ingredient that reduces the inflammation but without the harmful and unnecessary pressure of the diuretic in the Prostate product. The combination of the two however, seems to slowly and steadily restoring more normal function. I've been using these products for at least three years and probably more but began with one a day and worked up to a mixture of the two, currently 1/2 and 1/2. I'd highly recommend this product on it's own for any bladder related issues as it really makes a difference for healthy bladder function and reducing inflammation due to candida and other competitive bacteria that is a common bladder problem. Better than cranberry juice, better than apple cider vinegar, better than any other I've tried.
