I take this before I know I will be indulging in foods that my stomach doesn't love and it really helps get me back on track. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, and they don't have any taste so you can take them with or without food. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a probiotic supplement to help with their digestion.
