I take this product because i get a cold every year, and i find that it helps to shorten the duration of my cold and also lessens the severity of my symptoms. I like that this product contains vitamin c because it helps to boost my immune system. The orange flavour is also really good, and it's nice that the lozenges are sugar-free.
