This has worked really well to keep me from getting sick over the years. I work in hospital setting and a lot of bugs go around there! I also take them around air travel and I rarely get sick around my trips now.

I bought these to travel with for extra immune support. Paul Stamets seems to have good data on immune benefits from various mushrooms like Turkey Tail. I'm all in! And recommend :)

Host Defense: My health defense
I have been using Host Defense for a few years now. My son got some for me when I was not feeling well with flu like symptoms that did not go away with my usual products. Within two days of taking this product I was well on the way to wellness. I have taken this product ever since. It has help my arthritis and a problem I was having with dizziness. I will not be without it.
