Great IMMUNE SUPPORT and dream inducer
I'm a 54 year old woman and I've been taking these one per evening a couple times a week for about a year. When work gets hectic, I take them in the morning more often along with one capsule each of turkey tail, chaga, lion's mane and sometimes cordyceps. I was put onto this product by a friend when I had a respiratory infection. Being someone who doesn't have the best immune system I need all the help I could get.
