Not so easy to swallow
Taking vitamin D with calcium just makes sense; I needed both anyway. Too soon to say if it does me any good, but I'm assuming it will.
I've had a few laughs at the "Easy to swallow!" on the label. They are large, hard tablets that may take some practice to get down smoothly.
