(Valeriana officinalis, root and rhizome) equivalent to 400 mg of dried herb.
Also Contains
Soybean oil, gelatin, glycerin, yellow beeswax, lecithin (soy), natural carmine colour, titanium dioxide.
NO gluten, lactose, artificial flavours or preservatives.
Directions:
Adults: Take 3 softgels 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.
Warning
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia). Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness within 2 hours of consumption.
