In today’s world where our food is grown in nutrient depleted soils, we do not get the same vitamins and minerals from the produce as our ancestors. Shilajit and humic/fulvic acids provide a dense mixture of minerals and many more benefits that every body can benefit from.

Hopefully helps but impossible to tell if it's doing anything.

This is one of those products that seems awesome on paper. The only problem is, I feel and see no health and fitness improvements whatsoever. I'll throw it in as part of an upcoming detox plan. But just because it may help - not because it's a must-have. A lot is said about the amazing minerals within. But there's no nutritional breakdown panel on the side.
