MASTER AMINO ACID PATTERN (MAP) 120 tablets
Master AminosTM is a patented, 100% natural, dietary supplement containing the correct proportions of essential amino acids for human nutrition.

Master Aminos has a protein nutritional value of 99%. This means that 99% of its amino acids are used as "building blocks" in the body to build protein. In comparison, only 18% (maximum) of the amino acids from any other amino acid formula can be used as "building blocks".

Master AminoTM can be absorbed in small intestine - in about 23 minutes.
Master AminoTM provides the lowest amount of - calories in comparison with any other dietary protein or amino acid formula. (Ten tablets release less than half a calorie.)
Master AminoTM contains no fat, sodium, sugar, yeast, -gluten, soy, corn, wheat, GMO, preservatives, dairy or animal products.
Master AminoTM releases the least amount of - nitrogen waste (1%). (Excess nitrogen waste can stress liver and kidney functions.)

DOSAGE
As a Dietary Supplement:
Take 5 tablets daily, or as directed.
As an Exercise Aid:
Take 5 to 10 tablets 30 minutes prior exercise, or as directed. (Professional athletes can take an additional 10 tablets 2 hours later.) Also consume, daily, the correct amount of dietary protein to meet protein requirements. (See table below.)
CAUTION
Take tablets at any time, preferably with food or beverage. Up to 10 tablets can be taken at one time. (Wait 2 hours before taking additional tablet.) Tablets can be crushed and mixed with food or beverage at any temperature (up to 287oC). Also take a complete vitamin/mineral supplement daily.

Suggested use for non-athletes: 5 tablets a day (or as directed by a health professional) to be taken during a meal. Suggested use for athletes: For amateur athlete: 5 to 10 tablets of MAP, 30-45 minutes before physical activity, in conjunction with the daily requirement of vitamins, minerals, and trace elements. For professional athlete: 10 tablets of MAP, 30-45 minutes before physical activity, in conjunction with the daily requirement of vitamins, minerals, and trace elements. And an additional 10 tablets of MAP to be taken during the next meal (lunch or dinner).
