I'm so sensitive to B vitamins. Even with food, I get extremely nauseous. This product was recommended to me since it is food sourced. I believe the bottle even says you can take it without food. Even with food, this still makes me unbearably nauseous and my body doesn't get used to it over time so I had to stop taking it.
