These are quite small and easily swallowed, about 1.5 cms long but not bulky. Slightly smaller than a Flintstone, see picture. They are pretty tasteless, and the only vitamins that my extremely particular 9 year old son will take. Expensive, but worth it if your child won’t take the mass market vitamins with their fruit/bubblegum flavours. Vitasave deliver super quickly and well packaged, can highly recommend their services.

Mega foods kids one daily vitamins
As an adult I take these vitamins once a day since my diet is fairly balanced and I feel this is the dose I need. I love the size as it’s smaller than the women’s and I have difficulty swallowing larger pills. They work perfectly for me.

Absolutely love this product for my kids. They are unusal in that they don't like the popular chewable vitamins! So this product has been a great find for me. It's easy to swallow and at the same time is packed full of all the things I was looking for and more...especially love the fact that the majority of vitamins are from veg, fruit and brown rice!

Possibly a good product, but not for wee ones
I ordered this product because it claims to have no added sugar, no food colouring, etc., which are so predominant in other children’s vitamins. However, I don’t think this product is appropriate for small children, teenagers perhaps. It is not a chewable, it must be swallowed, but it is too big and is uncoated, so has a heavy yeast odour that even I find unpalatable in adult B vitamin supplements. My 5-year-old granddaughter at first seriously balked at attempting to take it, and I had qualms about asking her to. One look at the size of the tablet and the smell of it and she burst into tears and ran away. I couldn’t blame her. And I was seriously worried about the thing choking her if she did try to take it. I returned the product to Vitasave as completely unacceptable and I am grateful that Vitasave’s excellent customer service took it back and has promised to give me a refund.
