I had taken a multi-vitamin years ago (different brand) and thought I no longer needed it as my diet was healthy and I "should" have been getting all I needed from my meals. I recently (just before Christmas) noticed that I wasn't feeling as sharp mentally and my brain felt sluggish. So it dawned on me that I was feeling better years ago when I was taking my multi.
