I got these for my wife and she was surprised with how much they helped, she wasn’t expecting them to do much she said but they pretty much stopped her hot and cold flashes throughout the night and in the mornings therefore greatly improving her quality of sleep. I like this product!

I’ve been taking this supplement along with another that seem to be helpful. It takes fairly good and does seem to make a noticeable improvement. It’s not a magic wand but it does improve overall hot flashes frequency and strength of heat.
