What is vitamin D3?
Vitamin D3 is cholecalciferol, the same form of vitamin D the body produces in skin under sunlight. In Canada the sun is too weak for part of the year for skin to make much of it, so food and supplements fill the gap.

How to Take
Dosage:
Recommended dose (children, adolescents, and adults 0 years and over): Invert bottle and allow 1 drop (0.03 mL) to flow out onto a spoon, or mix with food or liquids. 1 drop 1–2 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Do not exceed 1 drop per day for children under one year old. Shake well before use.
