What is BlueRich blueberry concentrate?
BlueRich is a concentrate of highbush blueberry (Vaccinium corymbosum) fruit. The 36:1 ratio means roughly 36 parts of fruit go into one part of finished concentrate. The berries are grown in Canada and the whole fruit is used. Each batch is standardized to between 2.5% and 5% anthocyanins, the blue and purple pigments that colour the berries.
