What are chromium and vanadium?
Both are trace elements, minerals the diet supplies in very small quantities. Chromium is present in whole grains, broccoli, meats and brewer's yeast. Vanadium turns up in mushrooms, shellfish, black pepper and parsley. In this product the chromium is an HVP chelate, meaning the mineral is bound to hydrolyzed vegetable protein, and the vanadium is in citrate form.
