What is Complete Megazymes?
Megazymes is built from plant and fungal enzymes, with no animal-derived ingredients. Three of the five act on protein: a fungal protease, bromelain from pineapple stem and papain from papaya fruit. Alpha-amylase acts on starch and lipase acts on fat. Enzyme strength is expressed in FCC activity units as well as milligrams, since activity is what describes how much work an enzyme can do.

How to Take
Dosage:
1–2 tablets, 1–3 times daily with food or as directed by a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for prolonged use.
Cautions:
