Natural Factors Magnesium Citrate 150 mg
Magnesium is required for the formation of bones and teeth, and for nerve and muscle function. It is involved in numerous enzyme reactions that keep the body working properly. This was not the product I had expected and I did not notice the diiference until after I got home. I was acctually looking for Calcium Magnesium which I had bought before but there was none on the shelf that day, so now I know that I should have waited until the correct product was available.
The problem with the Magnesium alone is that I ended up with a severe case of diahrea and only realized today that the cause is likely the magnesium citrate and I have stopped taking it. I believe that there should be a big warning that it may cause diahrea but it is only now in the small print.
I would be pleased if I could return the unused portion of the product I bought.
