What is halibut liver oil?
Halibut liver oil comes from the liver of the halibut, a large flatfish of northern seas. Like other fish liver oils, it is known as a food source of the fat-soluble vitamins A and D. In this softgel the vitamin A is palmitate (3025 mcg RAE) and the vitamin D is cholecalciferol, also called D3 (10 mcg).
