What is Multi Enzyme Full Spectrum?
It is a vegan enzyme supplement that covers the main components of a meal. Three proteases plus bromelain, papain and Peptizyme SP serratiopeptidase are proteolytic enzymes, the kind that act on protein. Alpha-amylase and diastase act on starch, lactase on milk sugar, sucrase on table sugar, and lipase on fat. Cellulase and hemicellulase act on plant fibre.
