I have had fibromyalgia for over ten years. PEA is the only thing that has noticably reduced my pain, especially the pain in my joints and bones. This reduction in pain has greatly improved my quality of life. I take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule with dinner usually, except when I am having a flare-up, in which case I increase the dosage to 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules with dinner.

Supports pain reduction
I have been taking this for over a year. It definitely works to reduce the body ache and specific areas of pain in my condition.
I do take it with a prescription pain med now, but originally, the PEA alone did help.
I recommend starting low and going slow up to the recommend daily dose.
