Natural Factors PQQ-10 puts two nutrients in one softgel: 20 mg of BioPQQ and 200 mg of coenzyme Q10. Helps to maintain and support cardiovascular health.
What are PQQ and CoQ10?
PQQ stands for pyrroloquinoline quinone, a small vitamin-like compound found in trace amounts in foods such as fermented soybeans and green vegetables. BioPQQ is a branded disodium salt of PQQ; 20 mg of it yields 17.65 mg of pyrroloquinoline quinone. Coenzyme Q10 is a fat-soluble compound present in the mitochondria of every cell, and the CoQ10 used here is produced by microorganisms. Each softgel also includes 5 IU of vitamin E from non-GMO sunflower oil.
