What is quercetin?
Quercetin is a bioflavonoid, one of the yellow plant pigments found in onions, apples, capers, berries and tea. The quercetin in this capsule is taken from the flower buds of Sophora japonica, the Japanese pagoda tree, which is an especially concentrated source. The other ingredients add flavonoids of different kinds: proanthocyanidins from grape seed, the red pigments of blood orange and the curcuminoids of turmeric.
