What are RxOmega-3 Mini-Gels?
Mini-Gels are a reduced-size take on the RxOmega-3 fish oil softgel, about 45% smaller than a standard one. Inside is 625 mg of molecularly distilled fish oil concentrate from anchovy, sardine and/or mackerel. Because the oil is concentrated, 530 mg of that 625 mg is omega-3 fatty acids.

Adolescents 12–17 years: 2–4 softgels daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Adults 18 years and older: 2–6 softgels daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Adults (for cardiovascular health, triglycerides/triacylglycerols): 6 softgels daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
