What is black elderberry?
Black elderberry is the dark purple fruit of Sambucus nigra, a shrub that grows across Europe. Its deep colour comes from anthocyanins, a family of plant pigments. ElderCraft is a branded extract made from European-grown berries, with about 64 parts of fruit going into each part of finished extract.
