What is saw palmetto?
Saw palmetto (Serenoa repens) is a small fan palm native to the southeastern United States. The extract is made from its dark berries, which are rich in fatty acids and plant sterols. Lycopene is the red pigment in tomatoes; here it comes from 34 mg of tomato extract standardized to 6% lycopene.
