What is Senior's Multi Probiotic?
The makeup of the gut flora shifts with age, and bifidobacteria in particular tend to become less plentiful. This formula supplies eight species of lactobacilli and bifidobacteria in two blends: 21 billion CFU of lacto-probiotics and 14 billion CFU of bifido-probiotics. Lactobacilli are found mainly in the small intestine and bifidobacteria mainly in the large intestine.

How to Take
