What is Siliphos Phytosome?
Milk thistle (Silybum marianum) is a purple-flowered plant whose seeds contain a group of compounds called silymarin, of which silybin is the main one. In Siliphos, milk thistle seed extract is bound to phosphatidylcholine from non-GMO soybean to form a phytosome. The complex in this capsule contains 29 to 36% silybin.

Why a phytosome?
