About This Product
Four herbs go into Natural Factors Stress-Relax Serenity Formula: 125 mg of Sensoril ashwagandha extract, 75 mg of Siberian ginseng extract, 75 mg of lavender 5:1 extract and 37.5 mg of rhodiola extract per vegetarian capsule. Helps to temporarily relieve symptoms of stress such as mental fatigue and sensation of weakness.
What is Serenity Formula?
It is a blend of standardized plant extracts. Sensoril is made from the root and leaf of Withania somnifera and is standardized to 8% withanolides (10 mg). The Siberian ginseng root extract is standardized to 0.8% eleutherosides, and the Rhodiola rosea root extract to 3.5% rosavins and 1% salidroside. Lavender extract comes from the aerial parts of Lavandula angustifolia.

How to Take
Dosage:
1–2 capsules 2 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Stress/cognition (adults): 2 capsules 2 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 1 month. Avoid taking before bedtime.
Cautions:
All uses: Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have any type of acute infection, if you are taking antidepressant medication, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), or birth control pills. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Do not use if you have high blood pressure, bipolar disorder, or bipolar spectrum disorder. Stop use if you experience irritability or insomnia. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle, or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Keep out of the reach of children.
