Definitely helps with sleep. My husband ran out and he was not happy. The Naturopath told us that to get the most benefit fom it, you have to chew the tablets to a pulp, which he does.

They are incredibly sweet and I don't like that part, but they do seem to help me relax so I can rest better. They don't block my dreams which is a very good thing
