What is Super Multi Plus Iron?
It is a broad multi vitamin and mineral supplement. On the vitamin side, a tablet contains beta-carotene and vitamin A, vitamins C, D3 and E, and the full set of B vitamins, with B1, B2, B6 and pantothenic acid at 25 mg each and B12 at 50 mcg.

How to Take
Dosage:
1 tablet daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
