What is CherryRich cherry concentrate?
CherryRich is made from the fruit of the sweet cherry, Prunus avium. At 36:1, about 36 parts of whole cherry are reduced to a single part of concentrate, and no sugar is added. Cherries get their deep red colour from anthocyanins, and the fruit also carries potassium, boron, quercetin and carotenoids. The vitamin C in the softgel is calcium ascorbate.
