What is Total Body Collagen?
The base of the formula is VERISOL Bioactive Collagen Peptides, a hydrolyzed type I and III collagen from bovine sources. Hydrolyzed means the protein has been broken into short peptides that dissolve in liquid. To that, the formula adds 500 mg of L-glutamine, 100 mg of L-tryptophan, 50 mg of hyaluronic acid, 60 mg of vitamin C as calcium ascorbate and 500 mcg of biotin.
