What is vitamin K2?
Vitamin K is a fat-soluble vitamin that exists in two main forms. K1 comes from leafy green vegetables, while K2 covers a family of compounds called menaquinones that are made by bacteria. MK-7 is one of those menaquinones. It is found in natto, a Japanese food made by fermenting soybeans, and the MK-7 in this product is sourced from natto bean.
